Our Showrooms have a 24-hour vending machine outside each location, and we also have standalone vending machines in various places. We will be launching more each month, so check back on our site to find their locations.

Our five and three-gallon plastic bottles are all PET (polyethylene terephthalate) and BPA-free. Our three-gallon glass bottles are 100% glass.
Yes, we have a few options for rent, as well as many options to buy. If you choose to get a dispenser we will deliver it with your first delivery.
We are not fans of contracts, so instead we require a deposit to open an account. Deposits are refunded in full when you cancel your account, as long as we receive all of our equipment back in good condition.
You have your choice of every one, two, three or four weeks.
Yes, it is based on distance from our facilities. We use Google Maps to calculate the shortest route possible.
Yes. Plastic bottle delivery customers are required to order a minimum of nine gallons per delivery, and glass customers must order two bottles minimum.
Your delivery day depends on your location. Once we have an address we can let you know what day you would receive your deliveries. Typically your delivery day will not change throughout the life of your account.
We are committed to getting you the water you need, so if you contact us within 48 hours of your delivery day (regardless of the week) we can deliver your water that week.
No problem, our deliverymen love to assist our customers, and they will help set up your equipment and answer any questions you may have.
Our delivery routes are dynamic, and we are consistently optimizing our routes every week, especially trying to deal with that LA traffic. Although we may be able to give you a rough estimate of your arrival time we cannot guarantee a specific time.
We will place your bottles at a designated area of your choice, as long as we have timely access to that area (typically your front door). You can also make arrangements to give us whatever is necessary for access, such as an intercom PIN, spare key, etc. If we cannot gain access your delivery may have to be postponed to the following week.
You can simply schedule a later delivery date online or by contacting us.
Urban Oasis requires that you get at least one delivery per four-week period. If you do not meet that requirement and you have some bottles in hand, the fee is for the use of those bottles. If you have no bottles in your possession, then this fee will not apply.

We need about five business days to confirm receipt and account for all of our equipment. We will then issue your refund promptly.

Our systems come with manuals, documentation and standard installation parts. If you have basic plumbing knowledge you can definitely learn how to install and service your system.

Most serve both purified and alkaline water, but some locations will have one or the other. Our Online Locator specifies what type(s) of water each location serves.
