Water Delivery

We offer purified and alkaline water.

You can schedule deliveries in 1,2 or up to 4 week intervals, depending on your consumption. We're flexible and can adjust your delivery schedule as needed!

Our minimum order for delivery is 3 bottles. This helps us keep our delivery service efficient and cost-effective.

Our delivery hours are from Mon-Thu 10AM-5PM and Fridays 10AM-3PM.

You can change or cancel your delivery by logging into your account on our website or contacting our customer service team [(213)427-0320], 2 DAYS before your scheduled delivery.

There is a $10 delivery fee for orders under 10 miles from our downtown delivery hub and an extra .50 Cents per extra mile above those 10 Miles. A flat $2 Fuel surge charge is also applied.

If your delivery is late, please contact our customer service team, and we'll investigate the issue and ensure you receive your water as soon as possible.

Yes! Our bottles are designed for multiple uses. We require our customers to return empty bottles for recycling and to help reduce waste.

Water Systems

5-stage RO system uses a multi-step filtration process to remove up to 99% of impurities from water, ensuring high-quality, purified drinking water. The stages typically include sediment filtration, 2 carbon filters , reverse osmosis membrane, and an additional carbon filter.

6-stage alkaline system not only purifies water but also adds essential minerals back into it, increasing the pH level to make the water alkaline. This system typically includes the same stages as our RO systeem with an aditional alkaline filter added in the end.

The 5-stage RO system effectively removes up to 99% contaminants such as bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, and chemicals, providing safe and great-tasting drinking water.

Alkaline water is believed to have several health benefits, including improved hydration, enhanced detoxification, and better digestion, The added minerals can also improve taste!

We recommend replacing the pre-filters every 6-12 months, the RO membrane every 2-3 years, and the post-filters annually. Regular maintenance helps ensure optimal performance.

While many customers successfully install our systems themselves, we recommend professional installation for the best results and to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Absolutely! Both our 5-stage RO and 6-stage alkaline systems are designed to provide safe, purified drinking water that meets or exceeds local health standards.

RO systems do produce some wastewater during filtration. However, our systems are designed to minimize waste, and many users find that the quality of water produced is well worth the small amount of waste generated.

With proper maintenance, a well-installed 5-stage RO or 6-stage alkaline system can last up to 10-15 years, depending on usage and water quality.

Yes, you can test the water using a home testing kit but we recommend a professional testing kit to ensure the quality and safety of your water to a more accurate level.

Water Vending Machine

Our vending machine dispenses two types of water: Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Alkaline Water.

Simply follow the on-screen instructions: make your payment, select your desired water type/ quantity, and the machine will dispense your water immediately.

Our vending machine accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. Please check the machine for specific payment logos.

Prices vary based on the type of water and the amount you select, But our RO is .50 Cents a Gallon and the Alkaline is $2 a Gallon.

Yes! You will need to use your own container, please ensure it is clean and free of contaminants.

The vending machine is restocked regularly to ensure fresh water is always available. If you notice a shortage, please let us know at [(213)427-0320]

Yes! Our vending machines are located in two convenient locations. Our main vending machine at our brick & mortal shop at (3330 Glendale Blvd, LA 90029) and our secondary at (15435 S Western Ave, Gardena 90029).

Brick & Mortar Shop

We offer a variety of bottles, including plastic, stainless steel, and glass options to suit your preferences and needs as well as crocks and stands!

Yes! We provide a self service bottle cleaning station for customers to clean their reusable containers on-site during instore operating hours Tue-Fr 11am-5PM and Saturday 11pm-4PM.

Absolutely! You can bring your own clean containers to refill with our water vending machine! Open 24/7 in front of the shop.

We offer (RO) Reverse Osmosis and Alkaline Water.

At this time, we focus on water bottles and refills. However, we may have recommendations for coolers if needed.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options at our outside vending machine. Instore we only accept Credit/Debit cards and mobile payments options.

Yes, we prioritize sustainability. Our bottles are reusable, and we encourage customers to reduce waste by using them.
